Rules & Regulations

  • 1.1 Our event is open to all employees of corporations, businesses and financial institutions.
  • 1.2 The Organisers reserve the right to limit and/or refuse race entries without assigning any reason.
  • 1.3 The Organisers reserve the right to cancel any race category without prior notice to the Participants.
  • 1.4 The Organisers will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items. The Organisers also reserve the right to check any item or baggage deposited.
  • 1.5 All Participants who successfully complete the race in their chosen race category will be awarded a Finisher’s T-shirt upon the presentation of their Race BIB to the respective officials.
  • 1.6 The Finisher’s T-shirt sizes are subject to availability and Finisher’s T-shirts in the next best size will be issued in the event that the previously chosen size is no longer available.


  • 2.1 Registration for the race is only confirmed upon payment made and upon issuance of a race identification number.
  • 2.2 If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if the Organisers have grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organisers may suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration.
  • 2.3 The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.


  • 3.1 All participants are to ensure that they are physically fit to take part in this competition.
  • 3.2 All participants must adhere strictly to the stated reporting time. Participants that arrive after the scheduled start time will not be allowed to participate.
  • 3.3 All three members of each team must be present at the starting point of the race at the same time.
  • 3.4 Should any participant feel unwell in the course of race, he/she should stop and seek immediate medical attention at designated medical posts.
  • 3.5 It is mandatory that all participants wear their race bib and protector gears once the race has started.
  • 3.6 Participants must race on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  • 3.7 The team with the most loops by finishing positions will be declared the winner.
  • 3.8 Should there be a tie in the aggregate loops, the faster time achieved by the last racer of the teams will be used to break the tie.
  • 3.9 All participants are responsible for their own safety during the event. All participants must also observe traffic regulations. The organiser shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participant or for damages to or loss of such person’s property.
  • 3.10 The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of sponsor’s goods and services.
