1. What Are The Race Categories?

There are 2 categories – Category 1 (90 mins race) and Category 2 (60 mins race) after the Qualifying Race.

2. Is the race open to all nationalities?

Yes. The race is open to all nationalities.

There will be no baggage deposit on race day. We advise you to travel light.

6. What Am I Entitled To As A Participant?

You are entitled to the different items we’ve packed together in a race pack. Please see Race Details page. 

7. What Is The Minimum Age To Participate In The Run?

All participants MUST be the age of 18 and above. Relevant indemnity and declaration fields must be filled up at the point of registration – failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the participants.

8. How Do I Know If My Registration Has Been Confirmed?

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment. Should you not receive any, please email to

9. Can I Transfer Or Refund My Registration Fee?

There will be no refund of registration fees for participants who do not end up taking part in ISU1 Endurance Race 2017, for any reason.

10. Is GST Included In The Registration Fee?

Yes. All fees are inclusive of GST.

11. Can I Transfer My Registration If I Wish To Withdraw From The Race?

No, all race registrations are strictly non-transferable.

12. What If I Have Changes To My Team Member(S) For The Race?

Please email, or make known to the race organiser on the event day. 

13. Where do my teams register on the event day?

Please meet at the F1 pit registration counter to collect the group race kit. Registration counters will open at 11.00am.

14. Must all group members be present during registration?

Yes all members must be present during registration.

15. Can I bring my family along as an audience or cheer leaders?

Yes, you are encouraged to bring your friends or family to cheer you along.

16. Will I be refunded if the race is called off due to bad weather, etc?

No. If the race must be cancelled, there will be no refund of fees paid. This is stated under the rules and regulations.

17. What are the Race Details?

For anyone above 18 years old, you are entitled to join the race. The race will start off with qualifying rounds. Each team will send one representative to go for the 30 metres race. After the qualifying rounds, for teams that fall under the top 30 timings, they are qualified for the 60mins Endurance race. For teams that had not achieved the top 30 timings, they are qualified for the 90mins Endurance race.  For more information, you can find it in the Race Details page here.

18. Do I have to bring my own chair for the race?

No, chairs will be provided by organizers. 

19. What happens if there is bad weather?

In view of safety and well-being of participants, the organiser may decide to call off the race due to bad weather on the event day.

20. What do I need to bring on the Race day?

Bring along your necessary items such as water and towel if necessary.

21. Are protection gears provided?

Protector gears are compulsory for the race and will be provided by the organizers. Participants without proper protection are not allowed to enter into the race zone.

22. What is the dress code for the race?

Sports attire and sports shoes are compulsory for all participants.

23. What if one of my teammate did not show up during the race?

You could replace the teammate by informing the race organiser before the start of the race. Incomplete teams are not allowed to participate in the race.

24. Is it compulsory to wear protector gears? Can I wear my own gears?

Yes, it is compulsory to wear them for safety purpose. Yes you can use your own gears.

25. Is There A Time Limit To Complete This Challenge?

For Cat 1, all participants have to complete within 90mins and 60mins challenge for Cat 2.

26. Can we give up during the challenge?

Yes, and the final result will be based on the numbers of loop completed. However, we will advise the participants to perform and challenge themselves based on their own capabilities.

27. Will I get race timing?

No, race marshals will be on site to count the numbers of loops completed.

28. Can I dispute if there is any discrepancy?

No. The race chairman’s decision is final.

29. Am I entitled to the finisher-tee if we did not complete the challenge?


30. What Happens If I Am Injured During The Race Or Unable To Finish It?

Should you be feeling unwell or injured, please approach the nearest first aiders deployed along the route or the medical tent at the Race Village.
